One of our favourite projects to date, this property serves as a remarkable case study. Initially listed on the market for $850,000 without success, the Owner and Agent entrusted The Bay Interior Co. to advise and strategically invest with a budget of $50,000 to renovate and style to bring it up to date for the sale. With the budget in mind, we allocated the funds to update the original kitchen with new polyurethane cabinetry, new bench top, splash back, sink and appliances. We restored the bathroom, upgraded the lighting, applied a fresh coat of paint and styled the interior. Subsequently, the property was relisted and achieved an impressive sale price of $1.1 million, surpassing expectations.
